Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and federal laws

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing

• Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes

• Oversee performance management and employee development programs

• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations

• Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources management

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the oil and gas industry

• Strong knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

• Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
